Contact enquiries
If you contact us via the enquiry form, your details (name, email, phone, selected space and message) are stored to process the enquiry and any follow-up. Email delivery is handled by the service provider Resend. We do not share this data without your consent.

Technically necessary data is always processed so the site can work. Analytics cookies are set only if you actively agree in the cookie banner. Without your consent no analytics scripts are loaded — they are only added to the page after you click “Accept”.

Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processes a shortened IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, time on page and triggered events (such as submitting an enquiry). IP anonymisation is enabled. Google may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention: 14 months.
PostHog
Provider: PostHog Inc., operated on servers within the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com). Processes pseudonymised usage data: pages viewed, clicks and triggered events. The data stays in the EU; no transfer to the USA takes place in normal operation.
Vercel Analytics
Provider: Vercel Inc. Collects aggregate page views without cookies and without recognising individuals. As no cookies are set and no personal profiles are built, no consent is required; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Processors & recipients
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server logs and request data are processed there to deliver the website. Enquiries are sent via the service provider Resend, so the content of an enquiry is processed by this provider in order to send it. Vercel and Resend are US-based, so your personal data may be transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is not shared or sold.
Retention
Enquiry data is stored only as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any resulting tenancy. After that, it is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. If an enquiry leads to a contract, data is subject to Austrian commercial and tax law retention obligations (BAO, UGB – generally seven years). Enquiries not leading to a contract are deleted once the enquiry is settled.
Withdraw consent
Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Here you can see your current choice and change it — the analytics scripts then stop loading immediately.
