Who is behind the building

Hello, I'm Martina. I let the rooms at Giesingerstraße 8 myself — you write to me, and you get an answer from me, not from a form.
In the Rheintal since 1955
The building belongs to a family business founded in 1955: Antex, an embroidery house in the border region between Austria and Switzerland, where Schiffli machine embroidery has a long tradition. What began as a workshop became a supplier to bridal, eveningwear and childrenswear labels across Europe, the US and Australia. So anyone moving in here is not renting from a property company, but from a family that has worked in the same place for seventy years.
Why this matters for a registered office
Anyone looking for an address for trade registration wants to know whether there is really something behind it. Here there is a building that has been worked in for decades, with people who take in the post. Not a letterbox in a field. That is exactly the difference that matters for a registered office.
Personally let, directly by the owner
There is no agency in between and no call centre. If you rent an office, a desk or an address here, you deal with me — at the viewing, at the contract and afterwards. For a building this size that is also more honest than pretending there is a whole team behind it.
How I came into it
I'm the daughter of Rainer, who took over the business together with his brother and sisters. I joined to build up marketing and sales, and later founded AnBella Designs — a label that reuses leftover material from production instead of discarding it. I bring the same attitude here: rooms that stand empty should be used.
