General terms and conditions
For the Business address, Registered office and Registered office & desk packages of Heinzle Immobilien GmbH, Altach. As of October 2026.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every contract for the Business address, Registered office and Registered office & desk packages between Heinzle Immobilien GmbH (we) and its customers (you).
2. Services
Business address: use of our address in Altach for post, legal notice and invoices, your company name on the letterbox, acceptance of your post, scan to PDF by email or collection, up to 5 forwards of original letters a month.
Registered office: in addition, use of the address as the seat for the company register and trade registration. We issue the owner's declaration of consent once your documents have been checked.
Registered office & desk: in addition, acceptance of RSa and RSb notices and collection of those letters with a postal power of attorney, forwarding of original letters within Austria and the EU included, a desk on 8 days a month by arrangement. Letters marked „Nicht an Postbevollmächtigte“ you collect yourself.
The address is meant for ordinary business post, not for mail-order or parcel volumes.
3. Contract and start
The contract is concluded when you book and pay on our website. The service starts once we have checked your documents (ID and, for a registered office, details of the company and its beneficial owners).
We may decline a booking if documents are missing, incomplete or incorrect. In that case we refund in full whatever you have paid.
4. Term and cancellation
Monthly payment: the contract runs indefinitely and can be cancelled to the end of any month.
Yearly payment: the contract runs for one contract year and renews for another year unless you cancel with one month's notice to the end of the contract year.
You cancel by email to office@heinzle-immo.com or through the customer portal link in your confirmation. After the contract ends we no longer accept post for you and remove your nameplate. You move a registered seat elsewhere by the end of the contract.
5. Prices and payment
The prices on our website at the time of booking apply, net plus statutory VAT. Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. There is no setup fee.
For forwards beyond the number included in the package, and for forwards abroad, we charge postage plus €2 net per letter, billed monthly in arrears.
6. 14 days money back
If you are not satisfied, you may withdraw within 14 days of booking without giving reasons and receive the full amount back. This also applies to businesses.
7. Price match
The price match is governed by the conditions on our Price match page.
8. Your obligations
You confirm that you are entitled to use the company name you gave and that your details and documents are correct. You tell us promptly about any change (name, legal form, beneficial owners, contact details).
You do not use the address for unlawful purposes.
9. Termination by us
We may end the contract with immediate effect if documents are missing or turn out to be false, if a payment remains outstanding despite a reminder, or if the address is used unlawfully.
10. Consumers' right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act without giving reasons. A statement by email to office@heinzle-immo.com is enough.
11. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for personal injury. We are not liable for delays to post caused by third parties.
12. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Feldkirch. For consumers the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
